In order to use images from CoverStockPhotos.com you are required to purchase a LICENSE. Here are some LICENSURE GUIDELINES to help you choose which license is best for your needs:

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Our images are primarily for book covers, book-related promotional materials, and permitted artwork.
Our images and licenses may not be used for, and by any individuals/businesses/websites/print or digital publications/film or video productions engaged in pornography, sex trade, illegal activities, and similar industries.
Certain restrictions apply in using tangible materials, or intangible works containing copyrighted photos from CoverStockPhotos.com in the promotion of individuals, websites, political parties, business enterprises, commercial ventures, and other industries that present a conflict of interest to CoverStockPhotos.com. NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENCES

1. Single-Use Limited-Print Non-Exclusive License = $20.00

One-time use, royalty free, non-exclusive, full size
Single-use license for eBooks and print books. (one-time use per eBook and per print cover; eBook cover and print cover must be for the same book only)
Author or Publisher eBook sales limitation: unlimited
Author or Publisher Paperback Limitation: 100,000 print copies
May be used for web promos and printed promotional materials related ONLY to the eBook/print books for which the image was originally licensed.
License allows one-time Book Trailer usage ONLY for the eBook/print books for which the image was originally licensed.
Cover / Graphic Artists may use this license to create eBook covers and print book covers for sale for ONLY one and the same eBook/print books.
Digital art not related to books for resale is allowed (one-time use only per artwork.) No mass market production. (*Mass Market production = making and reselling the same exact artwork multiple times)

Author or Publisher Paperback Limitation: 100,000 print copies
May be used for web promos and printed promotional materials for different eBooks/print books.
License allows multiple-time Book Trailer usage for different eBooks/print books.
Cover / Graphic Artists may use this license to create eBook covers and print book covers for sale for different eBooks/print books (total number of print books should not exceed 100,000 copies; for unlimited copies purchase the next level license).
Digital art not related to books for resale is allowed (multiple artwork usage). No mass market production (i.e., no making and reselling the same exact artwork multiple times).

4. Non-Exclusive Multiple-Use Unlimited-Print License = $75.00

Multiple use, royalty free, non-exclusive, full size
Multiple-use license for eBooks and print books. (maybe used for different eBooks and print books)
Author or Publisher eBook sales limitation: unlimited
Author or Publisher Paperback Limitation: unlimited
May be used for web promos and printed promotional materials for different eBooks/print books.
License allows multiple-time Book Trailer usage for different eBooks/print books.
Cover / Graphic Artists may use this license to create eBook covers and print book covers for sale for different eBooks/print books.
Digital art not related to books for resale is allowed (multiple artwork usage).
Allows usage for tangible items intended for resale (calendars, mugs, art posters, etc., and digital products, such as manipulated digital art, and downloadable modified graphics for mass-market resale)
IMPORTANT: this license may not be used for commercial advertising of campaigns, companies, websites, and products not related to books. To advertise products on TV, billboards, magazines, newspapers, web campaigns etc., you must acquire a separate Commercial Advertising License.

EXCLUSIVE (& LIMITED EXCLUSIVE) LICENCES

Allowed commercial resale use.
IMPORTANT: no commercial advertising use allowed (See Commercial Advertising License).

5. Author/Small Publisher Previously Sold Limited-Print Limited-Exclusive License = $150.00

(Images from our public galleries that have been previously sold (no more than 5 sales). Images will still be visible in public galleries but will have purchase links removed.)

Multiple use, royalty free, exclusive, full size
Multiple-use license for eBooks and print books. (maybe used for different eBooks and print books)
Author or Publisher eBook sales limitation: unlimited
Author or Publisher Paperback Limitation: 250,000 print copies
May be used for web promos and printed promotional materials for different eBooks/print books.
License allows multiple-time Book Trailer usage for different eBooks/print books.
Cover / Graphic Artists may use this license to create eBook covers and print book covers for sale for different eBooks/print books.
Digital art not related to books for resale is allowed (multiple artwork usage).
Allows usage for tangible items intended for resale (calendars, mugs, art posters, etc., and digital products, such as manipulated digital art, and downloadable modified graphics for limited-quantities resale).
IMPORTANT: This license does not allow for mass-market resale.
